1. Membership and Eligibility
The Business Owners Exchange is a private membership network for service-based business owners with real operating history. Most members are 50+, but age alone is not the defining requirement. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership if the Exchange is not the right fit.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Membership is billed quarterly. Standard Membership is $297.25 per quarter. During the founding period, the first 50 Founding Members may join at $97 per quarter while active. You may cancel through your account dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
3. User Conduct and Content
Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their profile. You agree not to spam other members, scrape directory data for outside marketing, or engage in abusive, defamatory, or illegal behavior.
4. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Business Owners Exchange and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Business Owners Exchange provides a platform for networking and connection. We do not guarantee or endorse the services offered by individual members. Your use of the site and your dealings with other members remain your responsibility.
6. Changes to This Agreement
We may modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting updated terms on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
